Special-rate tickets for groups or other customer categories must be requested in advance by email at info@regionetremorgio.ch.
4. Validity of Transport Tickets
Only tickets sold at the Rodi Fiesso station, purchased online through the listed websites, or cards issued by partner organizations are valid.

5. Misuse or Counterfeiting
In the event of misuse or counterfeiting of a ticket or voucher, the ticket will be immediately withdrawn and the customer must pay CHF 100 in compensation. Additional sanctions or legal action may also be taken.
6. Replacement or Refund
Except in the case of an unplanned suspension of service lasting more than 6 hours, customers are not entitled to replacement or refund of purchased tickets.
7. Suspension of Operations
Operations are suspended for scheduled maintenance once per month on dates announced on the website and at the stations. If announced at least 12 hours in advance, no refund is due.
AET may suspend operations, wholly or partially and without notice, due to adverse weather conditions, safety requirements, faults, malfunctions, or operational needs related to the Tremorgio hydroelectric facility. Tickets will not be refunded if customers descend on foot during an unplanned suspension lasting less than 6 hours.

Goods may be transported provided that passengers are not endangered, the maximum cabin load of 640 kg is respected, and the cabin dimensions are not exceeded.
Flammable or explosive goods may not be transported together with passengers.
Goods occupying seats or requiring seats to be folded are subject to a surcharge.
11. Mountain Bike Transport
Mountain bikes may only be transported with the purchase of a “ticket with MTB” as specified in the fare conditions.
12. Transport of Animals
Dogs and small pets may travel free of charge if held on the owner’s lap and with the consent of the other passengers.
Medium-sized and large dogs may travel free of charge if kept on a leash, seated or lying on the cabin floor, and with the consent of the other passengers.
